Happy New Year!

Well ‘Happy New Year to all’ and what a start to 2011!

 

It has been a very busy welcome back so far. The new website has been greeted with open arms and we’ve had a fantastic response from all our new and existing customers to the Top Tips we’ve been sending. Don’t forget to sign up for yours today!!

 

Our training sessions are still in high demand (both in-house and on-site) and the lead time for new installs is stretched to 3-4 weeks at the moment.

 

The support team is doing a sterling job updating systems as fast as they can and assisting those of you who have still to get to grips with the dreaded 15 hours free funding!

 

We have noticed a trend in the rise of calls about emailing invoices to parents. It is definitely the way forward as everyone gets on board with 21st century technology and saving the planet by becoming paper free. Try it!

 

New projects are also under way to further improve and develop FirstSteps Version 11 this year so do keep your ideas and suggestions coming on how we can change and improve things for you.
