FirstSteps Version 11

Updating the grant funding element of FirstSteps Version 11 has been a great success.

We would though like to thank everyone for their patience during the actual funding transition period.  

Our telephone appointments hit record and unprecedented highs in September when Nurseries that didn’t plan ahead were suddenly presented with the ‘15 free hours’ dilemma and called for help.  I’m glad to say FirstSteps once again came to the rescue with its flexibility and has been able to accommodate set ups of all kind.
