I have been with the company over 5 years and enjoy meeting customers all over the country. It gives me great satisfaction to see a project through the initial consultation to installation and training. I am proud to be part of a close knit team in the office and enjoy our social gatherings

Away from the Office I have a lifelong devotion to York City FC, and enjoy cooking and various sports.

I have worked as part of the development team here at FirstSteps since 2003.  FirstSteps has changed a lot since I started and we are always adding new features to the system especially when I have a good supply of Tea.

Outside of work of work I enjoy football, playing cricket and Long distance running. I have recently completed a 750 mile run across Germany in 17 days.

Having worked at FirstSteps since 2005 I have found it to be an incredibly rewarding and stimulating role. The challenging nature of the job means that no two days are the same. Working in a close knit and dedicated team also means that we all pool our knowledge and resources together resulting in a quality service.

Away from work I enjoy running, going to the gym, reading and movies.

Working for FirstSteps since 2008 has been an awesome experience. I have been trained to apply my skills to assist our customers in the best way possible which I really enjoy. The team I work with is so supportive and dedicated to providing excellent service.  Even when the work is intense and demanding it is never unmanageable because there truly is team spirit in our office. It’s like working with family!

When I am away from the office I love to hit the gym. I also have a strong interest in football, Manchester United being my headline team without doubt. But nothing comes close to spending quality time with my family and friends.

I have been supporting our customers since 2001 helping them deal with the ever increasing demands of childcare management administration. I find helping people to be a rewarding challenge and I am proud to manage our team of support technicians and analysts.

In my spare time I am very involved in the sport of dodge ball and play for one of the top national teams and also as a player/coach for the Scottish International Team.

I have been a member of the team here at FirstSteps since 2004 and working as part of a technical support team can be challenging but ultimately very rewarding.  I do enjoy speaking to customers and resolving their queries and have found everyone in the industry to be friendly and professional.

I have been working for FirstSteps Software for 4 years now as a Technical Trainer. My role includes visiting many different nurseries. I find all nursery staff to be very friendly and accommodating. I enjoy passing on my knowledge to help users with FirstSteps.

My Hobbies outside of work include watching films, spending time with my cat Neo and playing American football and of course playing Playstation 3.

Joining FirstSteps in 2001 and being regarded as the ‘mother’ (and more recently Grandmother) of all the guys here I am very much in tune with Nursery business on a practical level. Surrounded by amazing technicians the team continue to astound me with their abilities and ideas. I believe we offer a great combination of talents to our customers.

When I’m not at FirstSteps I am usually found relaxing with family and friends. I love musicals (a closet Julie Andrews fan) going to the theatre and follow Manchester United.
